WeMeal(이하 "회사")은 고객의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령에 따라 적법하게 처리합니다.

- 결제 정보: 카드 정보는 Square Inc.에서 직접 처리하며, 회사는 카드 번호를 저장하지 않습니다
- 선택 정보: 생년월일, 게이트 코드, 출입용 QR/사진, 추천인 코드, 연락 수단 선호도
- 자동 수집: 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 IP, 브라우저 정보(Firebase Analytics)
2. 개인정보 이용 목적
- 주문 접수, 처리, 배달 및 픽업 서비스 제공
- 주문 확인, 배달 일정 안내 등 이메일/SMS 발송
- 회원 가입 및 계정 관리, 등급 산정
- 고객 문의 대응 및 분쟁 해결
- 동의 시 신메뉴 안내, 이벤트, 마케팅 정보 발송
- 서비스 개선 및 통계 분석
3. 개인정보 보관 및 파기
- 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 후 즉시 파기합니다
- 관련 법령에 의해 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다 (예: 전자상거래법에 따른 거래 기록 5년)
- 파기 시 전자 파일은 복구 불가능한 방식으로 삭제합니다
4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
회사는 원칙적으로 고객의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다:

- Order processing, delivery, and pickup services
- Order confirmation and delivery schedule emails/SMS
- Account management and membership tier calculation

3. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data is deleted promptly upon account closure or when its purpose is fulfilled
- Certain records may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records for 5 years)
- Electronic files are permanently deleted in a non-recoverable manner
4. Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors for service operations:
- Square Inc. — Payment processing
